Ticket mechanics guidlines

1. For Non-Alumni Ticket Buyers

• The ticket must reflect both names.
• Format: Name: [Alumnus Name] ( [Non-Alumni Name] )
• Example: Name: Afshin Ghassemi (Juan De La Cruz)

 — Afshin Ghassemi is the alumnus; Juan De La Cruz is the non-alumni ticket buyer.

• Important: The non-alumni’s name must be written at the back of the cut-off stub of the ticket.

Winner Verification Process

1. Presence Not Required During Raffle Draw

• Winners do not need to be physically present during the raffle.

2. Mandatory Video Call for Identity Verification

• The winner must answer a video call at the time of the draw to verify their identity.
• If the winner fails to answer three times, the prize will be forfeited.
• The raffle draw will resume until a winner successfully verifies via video call.
